FAQ / SHIPPING POLICY

 Do you ship internationally?

YES! We happily ship all over the world.

*Please note that shipping costs and duties vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Customs fees are your responsibility as Art of Marina no longer has access once it leaves our hands –
any additional  fees or pickup required is up to you; every country’s policy is different!

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Each item is made to order, so please allow 4-6 weeks for production. Please be certain you are happy with your made-to-order purchase + processing time! We do keep a limited inventory of dusters in stock, so please email us at info@artofmarina.com if you need your item sooner than 4-6 weeks,
or have any questions about your order before you hit the purchase button.

Once your item is ready to ship, orders placed within Canada + the USA take 5-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days. *Please note that these are business days in transit! Art of Marina is a small business and requires 1 - 3 business days processing time. Delivery details are always provided in your confirmation email. We always want to ensure your best possible experience shopping ArtofMarina.com and are happy to hear from you!

***Art of Marina is not responsible for returned, damaged, lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for replacing products marked as Delivered. If a package is marked as Delivered but you don’t see it, check with your mail carrier with the provided tracking number, or family & neighbours who thought they were being helpful – it does happen!

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers and local courier partners.
You’ll be asked to select the delivery method of your choice during checkout.

Orders over $150 ship FREE!

International shipments are subject to a flat fee.

 

Can I return/exchange my purchase?

We always aim to ensure you love your Art of Marina purchase! But if you do need to return or exchange an order, we’re always happy to help. Please email us directly at info@artofmarina.com and we'll walk you through the process! 

Returns/Exchanges must be made within 7 days and be unworn, and in original packaging for a full refund.

We appreciate your understanding that as our products are based on original artwork and made-to-order,
there may be slight variations.

Please be certain you are happy with your made-to-order purchase + processing time!

How do Pre-Orders work?

We offer our Limited Edition Kiki Dusters through special pre-orders that will ship to you as soon as they are made. If your order contains any items not on pre-order, we will ship those items sooner as available. The shipping charges will be based on the total of all pre-order and in-stock items – you will NOT pay double postage!

What is the Difference between Limited Edition and Pre-Orders Items?

Limited Edition are released only once, and come numbered with a matching velvet dustbag, certificate of Authenticity and a beautiful box. These are the wearable art collections, and only for silk dusters.

Pre-Order are for regular silk and modal dusters that are out of stock. Please select Pre-Order if your item is sold out. Limited Edition dusters will only be available for a very limited time.

Please Note: When ordering Pre-Order items, please take into account their made-to-order production time when estimating your shipping times (from the time the order ships from us to you), not the overall amount of time it will take to arrive at your door from when you placed the order.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your handcrafted pre-order is in the mail! Please read product updates carefully. For more questions or cancel a pre-order before shipment, please contact us at info@artofmarina.com

Can I cancel my order?

Please ensure you verify the items you are ordering, your shipping information, and the estimated processing time prior to placing your order! We strive to ship orders as fast as possible and cannot guarantee we’ve be able to stop the order before it ships. Please contact us at directly at

Can I cancel my workshop?

Life happens, we totally get it! 

We offer refunds up until 7 days prior to the start of the class/workshop. You will be refunded the amount paid minus a $20.00 administration fee per student.

Or you can have store credit for a the full amount.

If it is past the 7 days and you need to cancel, please let us know and we will credit the full amount paid towards a future class.

Where are your products made?

 All of Paper Products and prints are made in Canada.

Our Kiki Kimonos are designed with LOVE and based on original artwork painted by Marina Billinghurst. We are ethically sourced and manufactured of 100% natural fibers through sustainable methods in China.

Why is the Kiki Duster made in China?

Silk fabric originated in Ancient China and is still the source for the highest quality silks to this day. As we have started sewing some of our products in Canada and hope to continue to do so.

We sourced luxurious materials from around the world and found the softest 100% organic Mulberry Silk that's native to China, as well as natural modal/cashmere blend through ethical + sustainable methods.

How do I wash my Kiki Duster?

We suggest steaming your wearable art after each use to keep it fresh and wrinkle-free. Beware of jewelry that may catch, velcro and harsh perfumes or lotions. Absolutely do not hang your duster on a hook. Always use a hanger or fold it for easy storage.

Should you wish to give your garment a deeper clean: Dry Clean only.
